Each row is one daily external-witness record of the Givmo Charitable Fund accounting ledger. The chain_hash is the quiesced journal head; bundle_digest is the SHA-256 the witness anchors into the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps (ots_status shows pending vs Bitcoin-confirmed, with the block height once confirmed); witness_hash chains each record to the previous (prev_witness_hash), so the daily sequence cannot be reordered or back-dated. To verify: confirm each witness_hash is the hash of its own fields plus the prior prev_witness_hash, and confirm the OpenTimestamps proof for each bundle_digest resolves to its stated Bitcoin block.
