Givmo's employer matching is live today. Employees donate to charities they choose in the Givmo app and request your match automatically; your team reviews, approves, and funds matches from a self-service admin portal.

What the portal does
Self-service setup
Create your company admin account with your work email, Google, or Microsoft, and set up your program from the portal.
Your match policy, your rules
Set an annual match budget per employee, an optional company-wide annual cap, and your own policy language.
Approvals with guardrails
Approve or decline match requests one by one or in grouped batches, with budget guardrails that prevent over-matching.
Fund matches from the portal
Pay approved matches with a saved card or from your company wallet.
Dashboard and reporting
Watch live matching activity and matched-to-date against budget, and get an annual company giving report as a PDF, emailed to you.
Employee management
Employees link themselves by verifying their work email; admins can search the roster and remove people who leave.
Approvals on the go
Company admins get a match-approval inbox in the Givmo app, so requests can be reviewed and approved from an iPhone.
How employees experience it
Employees verify their work email once to link your company. From then on, they can request a match automatically whenever they donate, and see your match policy, their budget used and remaining, and their full match history in the app. Your program can match employee contributions or donations — and what your company sees about employee giving is disclosed plainly in our FAQ.
Pricing
Business accounts that use Givmo's automated employer-donation-matching service pay a fee equal to 3% of monthly grants processed. The full fee schedule is in the FAQ, and the Terms of Service are authoritative.
